In the third weekend of November, we will kick off the new indoor season with the Schreeuw van de Meeuw tournament! This is a two-day mixed indoor tournament held in Nijmegen. The first day of ultimate will be finished off with dinner and a party, where after anyone can sleep off their daze at the sports centre. After breakfast on Sunday, there will be another day of ultimate. More details can be found below.

From now on, teams can be registered via https://forms.gle/WjuFQWmn5yETie5y6. The deadline for registration is Saturday the 19th of October. We only have 16 spots available, and if more teams sign up, a selection will be made. Shortly after the registration deadline, you will hear if you are selected.

Details

Accommodation

Included in the player’s fee is the accommodation from Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon in the sports centre. Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. If you decide not to stay at the sports centre, you will have to do the booking yourself. The same applies for a sleeping place on Friday night. There are several hostels and bed & breakfasts in and around Nijmegen.

Dinner and breakfast

Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the player’s fee. There is a cafeteria in the sports centre where you can get soft drinks, fruits, sandwiches and other snacks.

Party

On Saturday evening there will be a party close to the sports centre where we are staying. There will be a band and a DJ!

Registration

Please register your team by filling in the Google form.

We have only 16 spots available and in case more teams sign up a selection will be made. After that, payments need to be made as soon as possible. Deadline for registration is Saturday 19th of October.

Fees and payment

The team fee is € 120,- and the player's fee is € 35,-. When your team is selected, we ask you to make a down payment of € 295,-. This amount is the sum of the team fee and the player’s fees for 5 players. Payment of the player’s fees for the remaining players can be made at a later date.
