The Four Seasons of Ultimate

This year we have something new! Members of the Ultimate community (i.e. people who play or played Ultimate) can join our tournament as a guest. As a guest you can join the whole tournament, besides playing ultimate yourself. More info can be found here: https://forms.gle/MoSUFbQNov2ZdF1n8.

 

 

In the first weekend of November, we will kick off the new indoor season with the Schreeuw van de Meeuw tournament! It is a two-day mixed indoor tournament held in Nijmegen. The first day of ultimate will be finished off with dinner and a party, whereafter anyone can sleep off their daze at the sports centre. After breakfast on Sunday, another day of ultimate will be played. More details can be found below.

 

From now on teams can be registered via https://forms.gle/eDT7MvNdkwTrxrcK7. The deadline for registration is Sunday the 24th of September. We have only 16 spots available, in case more teams sign up we will make a selection. Shortly after the registration deadline you will hear if you are selected.

Details

- Accommodation -

Included in the player’s fee is the accommodation from Saturday morning till Sunday afternoon in the sports centre. Please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. If you decide not to stay at the sports centre, you will have to do the booking yourself. The same applies for a sleeping place on Friday night. There are several hostels and bed & breakfasts in and near Nijmegen.

 

- Dinner and breakfast -

Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the player’s fee. There is a cafeteria in the sports centre where you can get soft drinks, fruits, sandwiches and other snacks.

 

- Party -

On Saturday evening there will be a party close to the sports centre where we are staying. There will be a band and a DJ!

 

- Registration -

Please register your team by filling in the Google form https://forms.gle/eDT7MvNdkwTrxrcK7.

We have only 16 spots available, in case more teams sign up we will make a selection. After that, payments need to be made as soon as possible. Deadline for registration is Sunday 24th of September.

 

- Fees and payment -

The team fee is € 100,- and the player's fee is € 35,-. When your team is selected, we ask you to make a down payment of € 275,-. This amount is the sum of the team fee and the player’s fees for 5 players. Payment of the player’s fees for the remaining players can be made at a later date.
