RSC Course

Want to work on your endurance and get to know this quick and fun team sport?

During the entire year Ultimate frisbee courses take place at the RSC. During these courses you will learn the basics of Ultimate Frisbee.

There are five periods of courses. Depending on the period the courses will be indoor or outdoor. During the summer period, the courses are split up into a frisbee course and an Intermediate ticket hour for those with (any) experience. In the winter period, there is only a frisbee course. A course period takes about eight weeks.

At the general frisbee course we focus on throws and a bit of game play. If you already have a bit of experience and know how to throw a little, you can easily join the Intermediate ticket hour. Here our own members are also present and there is more focus on tactics of the game.

There are 25 spots in each outdoor course and 20 spots for each indoor course, so sign up before all spots are taken.

More info can be found on the website of the Radboud Sports Centre.
