Want to work on your endurance and get to know this quick and fun team sport?

During the entire year Ultimate frisbee courses take place at the RSC. During these courses you will learn the basics of Ultimate Frisbee.

There are five periods of courses. Depending on the period the course will be indoor or outdoor. The course is split up into a Beginner and an Intermediate course. A course period takes about eight weeks.

At the Beginner course we focus on throws and a bit of game play. If you already have a bit of experiences and know how to throw a little, you can easily join the Intermediate course. Here our own members are also present and there is more focus on tactics of the game.

There are 25 spots in each outdoor course and 20 spots for each indoor course, so sign up before all spots are taken.

Timetable

Outdoor season:

 Beginners-course (no experience needed): Monday 18:30 - 20:00 on field 4b of the RSC

 Intermediate-course (little experience needed): Monday 21:00 - 23:00 on field 3 of the RSC

Indoor season:

 Beginners-course (no experience needed): Tuesday 19:30 - 20:30 SSGN Hall.

 Intermediate-course (little experience needed): Tuesday 20:30 - 21:30 SSGN Hall.
